REWAT system

The recycling technology REWAT is a comprehensive and safe solution for a wide range of users with a focus on energy and water savings in pool operations. It is a complete system that recycles wastewater from the backwashing of pool filters. The REWAT technology, with certified efficiency, is the only one on the market that guarantees a minimum of 90% water savings for regular recycling when considering hygiene standards and the costs of heating it.

Save water and energy without chemicals

Together with water recycling, REWAT also reduces the cost of heating or cooling water. Water is recycled without the use of chemicals. We have developed the system to minimize consumables, replaceable elements and thus reduce operating costs to a minimum. There is even no need to refill any operating cartridges.

Online monitoring and diagnostics

Remote monitoring and diagnostics allows the adjustment of the main parameters depending on the current needs of the operation and the resolution of technical faults. Thanks to remote access, we can react effectively in real time to major changes in the input parameters of recycled water.

Efficient financing

You can purchase the REWAT system directly as an end customer. At the same time, we offer the possibility of EPC financing. Financing from cost savings without the need for an initial investment by the customer.

Flexible installation

We design the system to meet the customer's exact performance requirements, while also being able to adapt the installed equipment to the space in use. Installation time from the customer order is 8 weeks.

Maximum water availability

The recycled water from the REWAT system can be used throughout the entire operation - from pool make-up water to the water source for cleaning, washing and flushing.

Certification

The entire system is certified as having a water saving efficiency of at least 90% when used as a primary medium. The specific efficiency values measured as part of the certification are 97%.

  More than a recycling technology 

Thanks to its innovative solution, the technology can be used not only for recycling wastewater but also for revitalizing water in pool circuits. The REWAT system significantly reduces the levels of undesirable substances and desinfection by-products in pool water, thus improving its quality and health safety.

Rewat as part of modernization

Our team is currently installing a new recycling system in the city of Tábor.  

The new system in Tábor will soon become our ninth installation since the REWAT technology was launched two years ago. Every day, we save up to 650,000 liters of drinking water, which would otherwise be needed to refill our customers' pools due to filter cleaning and water quality management.

Ahoy Ostrava!

WEC 2023

More than 1,000 engineers, students, and other professionals in the fields of civil, construction, water, and space engineering gathered at the 7th World Conference of Engineers in Prague. It wass an honor for us that Rewat Energy s.r.o.  not only represented the Czech Republic, with its exhibition but also with a lecture as part of the program on the topic of new technologies in the fight against the consequences of climate change. For this, we were awarded an honorary medal by the ČSVTS for our fundamental contribution to the development of technical sciences. The fight to save the planet continues, and our REWAT technology plays a significant role in it.

AQUALAND MORAVIA

A few days ago, we completed the implementation of the largest pool water recycling system in the Czech Republic. Thanks to three REWAT systems, Aqualand Moravia saves 250 cubic meters of filling water every day by recycling wastewater from sand filters. Without heat losses, we recycle almost 90,000,000  liters of water at Aqualand Moravia per year, which is equivalent to the drinking water consumption in the Czech Republic for 5 days. The REWAT pool water recycling project was initiated by developers and  engineers  from Ozontech and Lacus Technology Ltd. companies. Several years of collaborative research and development, drawing on their expertise in pool operations and advanced ozone technology, culminated in the introduction of the REWAT pool water recycling technology to the market in 2022 under the REWAT energy company name.
